La Casa Crystal is a single storey building, detached villa with a private pool set in a quiet neighbourhood location of olive trees, groves, vineyards and is very relaxing. Stunning scenery is everywhwere especially when viewing the Sierra Bernia mountain just West of the house. La Villa is roughly 1 hour from Valencia and Alicante airports and nearby are popular tourist destinations in Javea, Benissa, Jalon, Moraira and Calpe.

Living/Dining Room

A modern room with a sofa, armchairs, quality pine furniture and tables, a writing desk and table, side lamps, TV and video player, books and board games are provided. |
| Kitchen | Recently fitted kitchen with all the modern conveniences provided, a microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, 4 hob cooker and fan oven. Plates and dishes are also provided along with cutlery and various cooking utensils. |
| Bedrooms | 2 bedrooms with a lot of space and have wardrobe, bedside cabinet, 2 single beds which can be joined to make a double. Both bedrooms have a bedside table, lamps and a rug. Only the first bed room has air conditioning which can provide cooling and also heating. |
| Bathroom | A bathroom with a shower unit, a full sized bath tub, a wash basin, toilet and a large wall mirror. |
Terrace/Porch |
The porch is found at the front of the villa, and overlooks the terraced area and pool. The archways have been fitted with glass to complete a conservatory which is great in the summer and comfortable in the winter. Furnished with table and chairs and comfy seating for the evening dining, it is perfect for viewing the outdoor scenery from the comfort of a leisure chair. |
| Outdoor | A swimming pool with entry steps, sun terrace with a BBQ, sun beds and terrace furniture for dining. Private parking is on the drive way and there is easy access in and out of the villa. |
| Other | The villas is cleaned before your arrival and after you leave, please keep the villa tidy during your stay, any breakages, damage and untidiness will incur a charge.
